Spring Drama Show - "Cinderella" (4/23/2008)On Thursday, April 24, 2008 there will be a double period 2 assembly in the Auditorium. Teachers please advise your period 2 students to report to their period 2 class as usual. Students are escorted to the Auditorium by their Period 2 teachers at their scheduled time. Teachers 2A: Please take attendance in classroom and escort your class to the Auditorium following a PA announcement at 10:28 AM. Enter the Auditorium following the attached chart in the memo. Exit in the Auditorium as shown on the attached chart in the memo. Doors will be closed at 10:36 AM. No classes are admitted once the doors have been closed. Teachers 2B: Please take attendance in class and escort your students to the Auditorium after the 3 short bells signal at 11:27 AM. Enter the Auditorium through the appropriate doors. Refer to the attached chart in the memo. Doors will be closed at 11:32 AM. No classes are admitted once the doors have been closed. Please Note: Due to limited space in the Auditorium, all seats need to be occupied. No vancant seat(s) between students will be allowed.
