Halloween Scary Art Contest and Scary Story Contest

Are you a talented artist or writer? Can you draw an amazing scary picture or tell a spine-chilling ghost story? If so then Leadership has two great contests for you! See details and requirements below.

Art Contest

  • Pictures must be appropriate (no vulgarity)
  • 8.5 x 11 sized paper
  • Maximum of 3 submissions per person
  • Drawings must be original, not plagiarized
  • Winning contestant's name will be announced over the P.A. system and the winning entry will be placed in the school newspaper, The Cougar Chronicle.

Writing Contest

  • No foul language or profanity
  • Typed; double spaced
  • No longer than 3 pages
  • Maximum of 3 submissions per person
  • Story must be original, not plagiarized
  • Winning contestant's name will be announced over the P.A. system and the winning entry will be placed in the school newspaper, The Cougar Chronicle.

Submit all entries to the Library.  Deadline for all stories and pictures: October 29, 2007 (No exceptions.)
